I chose Showcase property styling as they were prompt, efficient, cost effective and very human. They did a wonderful job of bringing my unit from an empty shell without character to a lively inviting abode which sold within a month. I actually had offers the first day. I sold another a year earlier without styling and would never do that again as the styling works and especially showcase property stylists. The Showcase Property Styling team was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful Interior Design Specialist with a real eye for design & detail, with the connections to make any vision a reality. We obviously adore our house but with the input of Showcase Property Styling it was transformed into a beautiful home. We were amazed at how easy they made the process and how seamless and unobtrusive the completed project was delivered. Most importantly however was the empathy and heart with which Showcase dealt with our circumstances; always ready to help and going that extra mile to help alleviate our troubles. Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be utilising their exceptional services again.

Can't recommend Showcase enough. Having staged houses previously in both Melbourne and Adelaide I had very high expectations and they delivered on all counts. We went coastal chic and the entire process was extremely smooth and professional. In the end we sold our house inside of two weeks having had two parties interested to have private opens based on the pictures and décor alone. Interaction and communication were also great and the pricing very fair.

We made a decision to style our home before placing it on the market for sale. We sourced from the Internet and had an initial consultation to discuss ideas and imaging for our home. The team are very professional, styling our home to look like a tropical resort. Combining our furniture & their to create a lovely outcome. Styling to the unique aesthetics of an individual property requires design skills and insight. They are consummate professionals. We could not have been happier with her choice of furniture, placement and accessories. Blended with our own art and individual pieces, the package was perfectly suited to our market. The package was well within our budget and the set-up completed in less than a day. The property had one opening and we had 3 offers on the table, all above the advertised price. The property was sold to an unconditional offer and settled 4 weeks later. Property Styling sells.

"WOW" is what I said when I saw the house furnished and styled. They chose a colour scheme and "Hampton"style which tied together the grey and blue in the carpet and kitchen. The combination of colours in the furnishings was superb, bringing a basic, neat house to a glamorous standard. Her suggestion of not having curtains effectively brought more light into the rooms. Even the outdoors became a stylish resort with chairs, towels and outdoor dining settings. Chocolates and drinks were on the table for prospective buyers to sit and enjoy and feel at home. They offered suggestions on how to present the garden to best effect. As the house sold for tens of thousands of dollars above what was expected, with the contract signed in 2 days, the styling obviously made the purchasers fall in love with the property. The cost of the styling was recouped many times over with the increased sales price. They have the ability to envision and create a stunning environment and be an absolute pleasure to work with. The team works long hours with attention to detail and has high standards. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Showcase team and am very thankful for what they has achieved for me.
