After entering, we were greeted by the kitchen on the left and a living area on the right. The thing was, there was no dedicated dining room in the home, except for the outdoor dining setting on the deck.

We chose to re-purpose this space as a dining room
The kitchen had burgundy bench tops that looked a little 1980's so we advised the owners to paint the laminate black, which they did themselves ... and just look at the results!
Right ahead of the kitchen / dining room is the expansive outdoor deck area, which overlooks the sand dunes leading to Shelly Beach. This is the HERO area of the home. We re-positioned the modular furniture, rearranged the plants and changed out the decor to create a fabulous home entertaining space.
The large Living Room has a fabulous pool table at one end for family fun. This end of the room needed comfort and warmth.
This great bedroom set was already in place in the Main Bedroom
